Domestic Things: Nick & Rebecca

Over the past few months I have been slowly working on a personal project where friends or acquaintances kindly let me into their personal spaces so that I can photograph them in their homes. The idea was inspired by a book that my high school sculpture teacher showed me many, many years ago, but has always stuck out in memory. That book was called Suburbia by Bill Owens. I was inspired by its simplicity and my own curiousness of venturing into some amazing old homes in Portland, and even more so by the creative and interesting people I have come to meet over the years.
